Perforation
We have designed a machine that is able to perforate a full bowling green in a day. Perforation helps older surfaces with drainage, 95% of drainage issues in surfaces over 8 years old are cause by debris blocking the manufactured holes in the carpet. Our machine will make new holes allowing for rapid drainage. As well as this, perforation can extend the life of the surface by up to 4 years.
This is the machine as it runs, it moves itself so that the holes are a consistent distance apart.
